Summary: The room was warm and muggy ẅhen we arrived. The unit has two a/c units. The master bedroom unit worked well, but the living room unit seemed to struggle to cool and it would turn off before the room was cooled to the set tempetaure. The second bedroom didn't cool, we had to set up two fans to blow cool air toward that bedroom. The unit and some bedding (quilts) had an odd smell. It only had one beach chair. The beach was very close (30 yards], that was nice. The outside a/c unit is located on the small patio, the warm exhaust from that blows on you when sitting on the patio, ouch! We enjoyed our stay, but I would stay elsewhere the next time i return to Hawaii.
